Hi Everyone I’m sorry this is not a full blog and not written to the usual standard but i wanted to firstly say thank you so much for all the support you have given, it has really helped in many ways we hope you will never know!! Today was the best worst most amazingly excitingly terrible most enjoyable hateful day I’ve had in a long time and I loved pretty much all of it, in a strange way!!... I think he might arrest before we can give him an anaesthetic!”.... James had to endure more than four months of slow painstaking recovery. He faced numerous difficulties and setbacks but showed remarkable strength of character.

Today was actually the hardest day that I’ve spent on a bike for a long time.. many occasion that I couldn’t help but smile and feel so happy.

Yesterday I came up with what I think is probably the best was to try and explain what cancer really feels and why I like hills so much.

Should of been a really good day but was it hell!! I don’t really want to talk about the day but three punctures, lost Sean, Trashed a £1000 wheel and didn’t get a lot of riding done

Its Monday morning and time to start sorting out what the deal is for the week, had a really good weekend, Friday night we had our charity auction at The Park Lane Hotel in London with Fine & Country Estate Agents, Kristin (coppafeel) and myself had to do a couple of speeches then the fun began...
