One of our fab Twitter followers @shoshido has set a donation challenge...
What does this mean?
Well for the next 18 donations of $18 or £18 (via online) to Macmillan, Coppafeel or Livestrong she will match with a donation of $18 / £18 of her own.
Raising a total of £324 / $324 :)
Why 18 I hear you ask?
Well... the number 18 is a special number, in Hebrew letters it's spelt the same as the number 'chai' which means 'life'.

When he came round from being in a coma and being sedated he was unable to walk or even lift his head off the pillow.
James spent 9 months in hospital battling cancer. After chemotherapy and 9 operations James and was finally given the all clear on July 23rd 2009. To mark the 1st anniversary of that day James and Sean will be crossing the finishing line after completing a gruelling 3500-mile bike ride through challenging terrain and extreme temperatures.
Just to put this challenge into perspective, the Tour de France, which is acknowledged as one of the toughest sports events in the world is 2,200 miles.
This Extreme Challenge is often completed over 3 to 6 months yet James and Sean aim to complete the distance in just 30 days. Averaging around 120 miles a day and cycling for 10 hours every day.
